Baldur’s Gate 3: 10 Best Characters, Ranked
Baldur’s Gate 3 is full of interesting characters. Here are the best ones you can meet.
Scrying Eyes may not seem like much, but they are magical constructs that allow the caster to look through them despite being much further away. In Baldur’s Gate 3, Scrying Eyes are used by enemies to notify other enemies about the party’s location and actions, so destroying them is always helpful.

Blind The Absolute
Scrying Eyes are used by the Absolute, and in Act 1, players are able to help the Duergar against the Absolute by taking out the Scrying Eye. As long as players can destroy the eye without being seen by it, this won’t impact the player’s relationship with other members of the Absolute, and you can still have your side with Nere after freeing him from the cave-in.
Should You Destroy Other Scrying Eyes?
Scrying Eyes like the one found in the Goblin Camp can make a battle around them much more difficult. While they don’t have any combat capabilities themselves, Scrying Eyes will spend each turn summoning other enemies from nearby to join the battle. In the Goblin Camp, this can be very dangerous as many nearby goblins can be alerted and will join the battle mid-combat. Scrying Eyes can also be difficult to destroy unless you know how leading to them spending many rounds summoning additional enemies if you’re not quick enough.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is infinitely replayable, and it’s easy to miss a lot of valuable content. Here are some things you may want to check out next time.
How To Destroy Scrying Eyes
Scrying Eyes have a resistance to all types of damage. That being said, players are able to destroy them by pushing them off the edge either into lava or an abyss below. While Scrying Eyes don’t have much strength, it’s best to try this with characters who have a high strength to make sure it happens on the first attempt, as another turn of them being alive is more enemies arriving or getting detected.
