Paradiso is located in the Porrima system, located towards the bottom middle section of the galaxy, with Paradiso being the main landing location on the planet Porrima II.
After landing at Paradiso, stay on the landing pad and look for the Technician. They can normally be found towards the eastern section of the pad, close to the Trade Authority Kiosk, and if not there, anywhere on the half of the landing pad.
