Palworld gives you a variety of ways to enhance not only your gameplay but also your character and Pals. You can do this by buying technology items at each level you reach. However, these advancements will also require specific materials.

Ancient civilization parts are essential to fully upgrade your character. Though these parts are a bit rare, it can be easy to build up your supply of them. As you progress through the game, you should be able to build up the amount of parts you have in your inventory.

About Ancient Civilization Parts

The Ancient Civilization Parts are the key to fully building your skills. When you go into the technology menu, you can see the “price” of all the various skills at each level. To the right of the normal skills you would use your technology points on, you will see a purple column labeled ancient technology.

These are special skills that you will have to work harder to unlock using ancient technology points. These are specialized items and most of them will require ancient civilization parts to be built. Typically, they’ll only require a few of these parts, but there are a couple of items that will require at least 15.

This may not seem like much, but considering it can be difficult to get these parts, you will have to do a bit of grinding to build up your supply of them before building those items. While you can play the game perfectly fine without most of these special items, there are a couple, such as the egg incubator, that will be very useful, especially when you find special eggs, such as Huge Dragon Eggs.

Where To Get Ancient Civilization Parts

Depending on your level, obtaining ancient civilization parts as well as the points will be a piece of cake. All you have to do is defeat the various bosses throughout the world. These dungeons can be found in random caves throughout each region, or you can find bosses in sealed realms which are marked on the map.

The dungeons will spawn randomly and typically will show a specific time you have to defeat them. After progressing a bit in the game, you can utilize a Pal, such as Leezpunk’s sixth sense ability, to show where the dungeons are located.

You’ll also find Alpha Pal bosses roaming around, which should show on the map. Towers are scattered around Palworld, where you can also receive these parts when you defeat them for the first time. While these bosses will reappear in the world after a certain amount of time, you’ll most likely only receive ancient civilization parts the first time you defeat a boss.

When you defeat the bosses, not only will you get ancient civilization parts and points, but you will also receive various other loot, such as gold, rubies, skill fruit, as well as others. Pay attention to what the suggested level is for each boss, and work on leveling yourself up first before attempting a high-level boss.

Using Ancient Civilization Parts

If you go into the technology menu, you’ll notice there aren’t items or skills for every level you reach in the ancient technology column. The first one you will reach is at level 7 to unlock the egg incubator, which is essential when breeding Pals or if you find eggs as you explore. While there’s a total of 17 items in the Ancient Technology column, the following 12 items will need ancient civilization parts.
