Baldur’s Gate 3: Every Animal You Should Talk To In The Game

Animals are some of the best NPCs in Baldur’s Gate 3. Here are all of them that you need to talk to.

Her house actually can be found in Baldur’s Gate within the game, and you can meet some of her children. Best of all, you can find some hidden areas and references to her past, a past that many fans remember all too well.

Where Is Jaheira’s House?

Baldur's Gate 3 - Jaheira's House Location

Jaheira’s house is one of the easiest places to find in Baldur’s Gate. It is located directly beside the Baldur’s Gate Waypoint, right before you make it to the Upper City. Her house is also located near The Lodge and Lady Jannath’s Estate (Oskar’s fiancée’s home in the city). This makes it a prime location for players to discover.

Chances are, you will find a young child named Fig outside the house attacking a training dummy. This can help you identify the correct home.

Why You Should Visit Jaheira’s House

Once you reach Jaheira’s home, you will be greeted by her many children (Rion, Jhessem, Fig, Jord, and Tate). These are all kids that she has taken in over the years to help get them off the streets of Baldur’s Gate. While this fact itself adds a lot to Jaheira’s character (and Minsc’s since the kids ask about him), it also shows that while Jaheira may be a reserved Harper, she still has a soft side. Additionally, you can obtain a pin from Tate that will unlock a secret area in Jaheira’s study. Unlocking this, you will be able to go into the basement and find some items from past Baldur’s Gate games and a note from Khalid, Jaheira’s late husband. While the entire stop doesn’t add a ton in the way of useful items, it does truly build Jaheira’s character even more. It also gives older fans a look at the past.
