Where To Catch Grizzbolt

The Palworld character is showing the stats for Grizzbolt.

If you want to get your hands on a Grizzbolt, there are a couple of options available. The first of which is to go out and catch one in the wild. You can get one of them over at No. 1 Wildlife Sanctuary. This can be found west of the starting location, but it is completely surrounded by water. This means you will need to either make use of a water or flying mount. This location also has some Beautiful Flowers scattered about it — be sure to pick these up if you happen upon any of them.

Grizzbolt is an Electric Pal, but is also no pushover. You will want to get your levels up rather fast if you really want one, and come with a powerful Ground Pal — such as a Digtoise or Anubis. Ground is a particularly strong element to use, as it will exploit Grizzbolt’s elemental weakness. If you are finding the process of catching a Grizzbolt too daunting, you might want to consider breeding one instead.

Get A Grizzbolt Through Breeding

The Palworld character is showing off the egg incubators they built with Ancient Civilization Parts.

One of the biggest benefits of getting a Pal through breeding is if you can get it earlier than trying to catch one. This is due to catching early game Pals that can both be used as Parents for a stronger Pal child. However, Grizzbolt is not one such case. The only way to get a Grizzbolt through breeding involves breeding a Rayhound with a Mossanda. It will be much faster to fly on over to the Wildlife Sanctuary and pick one up there.

Using Grizzbolt In Breeding

Once you have gone through the trouble of obtaining your very own Grizzbolt, there are plenty of great Pals you can go out and get in order to breed with it. Some of which will result in endgame-level Pals. This can include Pals such as Orserk and Jormuntide, which are arguably the absolute best Electric and Water Pals in the entire game. Below you will find a table of some great Pals to breed with your Grizzbolt and which Pals you will get out of it.

Description

Relaxsaurus

Orserk

Orserk may just well be the best Electric Pal in the entire game. It has a dual pairing with Dragon, making it an incredibly fearsome opponent that is hard to stop. This also serves as the Partner Pal for another one of the game’s Tower Bosses, in the team of Axel & Orserk.

Orserk

Astegon

Astegon is another endgame Pal that is one of the most powerful of Dragon Pals, with the other being Jetragon. This Pal is insanely hard to capture, making breeding a particularly worthwhile persuit.

Nitewing

Jormuntide

Just like the above Pals, Jormuntide is one of the final Pals you will be trying to get your hands on due to being such a high level in the wild. It has some of the best Water damage, and a Work Suitability of Lv 4 when it comes to Watering. Making this a must-have Pal by any means necessary.

Anubis

Ragnahawk

This is a truly amazing flying mount to have. It is a fast way to get around the map, dishes out Fire damage, and when deployed at your base will be handling both Kindling and Transporting at Lv3.If you do not have any Pals breeding, put an Anubis and Grizzbolt in there to get your hands on what might be one of your new favorite Pals.

Lamball

Kitsun

Kitsun is a very rare Pal that is also very hard to get a hold of. This is due to it being in a very cold area that will have you taking a lot of preparations in surviving the most extreme of climates. Lamball, on the other hand, is one of the earliest of Pals in the game that could be the very first Pal you get in the game.

What Makes Grizzbolt Special

Palworld Grizzbolt with a minigun

Grizzbolt serves as the poster child for Palworld, having their face on countless promotional materials and appearing in numerous trailers. They also serve as the Partner Pal for Zoe for the game’s first Boss Tower duo. They are a very strong Electric Pal that can be your go-to choice until you get your hands on Orserk. Their large size lets them be an incredible shield for tanking any ranged attacks that come your way, but it is even better when they pull out their minigun to help you mow down groups of enemies with ease. Having a Grizzbolt feels like you have taken a large step forward in terms of progressing through the story — and it is.

Palworld is a blast and a half to play. Whether you join a guild and decide to play with friends, or prefer to go it solo, you’re in for a good time. If you’re looking to get the best early Pals, find the best base locations, or get your hands on the best guns, take a look at out guides!
