Once you have captured a Pal in Palworld and brought them back to your camp, you aren’t quite done with them. You will have to keep an eye on them, maintain them, and offer them the assistance they’ll need to keep things running smoothly. A Pal can be afflicted by a variety of ailments that affect their health and, maybe more importantly, their work productivity. Things like Depression are very real for Pals in the game, and that’s just one thing you will have to worry about. You will also have Overfull, which is a rather odd one, to be honest.

Overfull comes about randomly when a Pal has eaten, and it causes them to become an insatiable black hole that needs to consume food far more often than usual. No, really, the description of the ailment uses the term “insatiable.” Their Hunger bar is going to decrease a lot faster than usual, and they will need to eat a lot. Which can feel overwhelming with trying to keep enough food on hand for them, and the rest of your normally-eating Pals. And the process of curing this ailment isn’t the clearest, as the game just mentions “general medicine”, which is just a vague description. Luckily for you, this guide is here to help clear it all up.

How To Fix Overfull

Despite the vagueness of the description, curing Overfull really isn’t that tough to cure once you know what you have to do. You only need to feed your Pal with Low Quality Medical Supplies. You can craft this or find it out in the world. In order to craft Low Quality Medical Supplies, you need to reach Level 12 and unlock the Medieval Medicine Workbench in the Technology Tree.

You will then need to craft the Low Quality Medical Supplies using the following ingredients:

Red Berries are found almost everywhere in the game, mainly in the forested areas. Just look for the small bushes with some small, red things on them. These are the bushes you need to interact with to get the berries. The Horns can be taken from Pals like Eikthyrdeer. It’s not hard to get all the ingredients you need for the recipe, and once you do, you can craft the medicine at the Medieval Medicine Workbench.

If you want to forego crafting the Low Quality Medical Supplies, you can find them out in the wild sometimes as well. You can get them from three specific kinds of Pals:

These are the only ones that are known to drop Low Quality Medical Supplies at the time of writing.

Of the three, Lifmunk is probably going to be your best bet to focus on since Lifmunks are incredibly common at the startof the game. You can come across several of them from the very beginning and can take out a lot of them to get a fair amount of Low Quality Medical Supplies.
