How To Fuse Samael
Samael can be fused in a couple of different ways. Thankfully, they both are relatively easy to do, so you are able to get Samael at a good place in the game. To fuse one, you will need to head to the Velvet Room, which can be found at the bottom of Tartarus or in the hidden alleyway that is at Paulownia Mall.
- Queen Medb (Lovers Arcana) and Seiryu (Temperance Arcana)
- Saki Mitama (Lovers Arcana) and Genbu (Temperance Arcana)

How To Use The Persona Samael
Samael is an extremely useful Persona that you will want to keep around for some time. It is highly suggested that you use it until you find something better and then keep Samael around to fuse later on in the game. Samael can be used to fuse Thanatos, the best Persona in the game besides Messiah and Orpheus Telos. This means that if you want the best of the best, you will need to fuse Samael and keep him around for a while. Thankfully, it is a super useful Persona to keep.
