Loot Llamas are a rare kind of loot cache that has been featured in Fortnite for a while now. Though their LEGO-themed counterparts are very much the same as they are in Battle Royale, there are a few differences in how you can obtain the loot they drop. Loot Llamas are a somewhat rare animal to encounter in LEGO Fortnite, and they can only be found under certain conditions.
Finding Loot Llamas In LEGO Fortnite
Loot Llamas are one of the few rare caches you can find after following a rainbow butterfly. Coming across a rainbow butterfly is a random and rare occurrence, and can happen at any time during your game. When spotting a rainbow butterfly, be sure to follow it, as it will lead you to a variety of different loot caches, one of them being the LEGO Loot Llama. Finding the LEGO Loot Llama is a great way to bag yourself some quick loot, but these particular Loot Llamas in Lego Fortnite function a little differently than they have done in previous seasons of Battle Royale.
When coming across a Loot Llama in LEGO Fortnite, do not attack it, as doing so will cause it to flee. Instead, when approaching the animal, a prompt will appear for you to pet it. Upon doing so, the Loot Llama will explode, thus dropping all of its contents for you to gather.
Golden Loot Llamas can also be found in the exact same way as regular Loot Llamas, but are even rarer to come by. Bagging yourself a Golden Loot Llama can reward you with even greater loot.
