Check Out This Palworld Player’s Absolutely Massive Four-Tiered Pyramid Base

Highlights

  • One Palworld player has constructed a massive stone pyramid with a fire-lit interior and four floors connected by stone steps.
  • The pyramid’s creator used custom settings to stretch the border of the base and prevent the structure from degrading over time.

Building Bases in Palworld is becoming one of its favorite past times for the game’s massive player base. Not only do you unlock access to new technology as you level up your character, granting you the ability to create different types of cosmetic building parts and facilities for your bases, but you can use the pals you’ve captured or purchased throughout the world to operate the facilities and gather resources for you.

Still, not all bases are created equal, especially when it comes to design. One player, Reddit user DivinePray, spent several days building a massive stone pyramid complete with a long, walled bridge leading up to it, and the visuals both inside and outside are breathtaking.

Be careful where you build your bases in Palworld.

Based on the video, the fire-lit interior of the pyramid has four floors, all connected with stone steps, with the central PalBox that anchors every base right in the middle of the first floor. In addition to the main, central section of the pyramid, it also sports four spires, which appear to have lookout boxes guarding the four corners of the massive structure, as shown off as the player is flying by on a Jetragon.

According to the pyramid’s creator, while the structure uses a lot of stonework, its decorative top is actually a 16×16 metal cube. While the pyramid is still unfinished, they intend to place Pal Viewing Cages inside as a sort of trophy room for their favorite Pal catches.

Not all bases are created equal, especially when it comes to design.

The lengthy stone steps both leading up to and inside the pyramid also caught the attention of a lot of people who’ve seen the video, as Palworld doesn’t typically allow players to place three sets of steps next to each other. According to the creator, they had to place a support after each second set of stairs in order for the game to allow them to be built.

Stretching The Limits Of Base Building

If the pyramid seems too big to fit inside of one base’s operating space, that’s because it is. Under normal circumstances, structures built outside of a base’s circular parameters will start to degrade over time.

However, the pyramid’s creator shared some handy tips for stretching the border to support larger base builds. “You can change the world setting to custom and inside the custom settings, there is ‘Structure Detoriation Rate’ which you’re able to set to 0, allowing you to build big projects without them disappearing! Hope that helps,” they helpfully shared.
